Warranty Policy
The product is under limited 3 years warranty.
We assure that each bag is produced based on highest possible manufacturing standards,
herefore your SHUAI™ bag is made to last. But we cannot guarantee that life is perfect as we all know it can
sometimes be unpredictable.
If there is a defect with the material or worksmanship of your SHUAI™ bag, we will be more than happy to
repair or replace it. However, if your bag is damaged in the course of life's journey due to normal wear and
tear, the product may not be covered under the limited warranty policy.
In case of product defect, please contact retailer or reseller you purchased from for replacement. For any international warranty issues, please contact the distributor near you.
Returning a Bag On Warranty
If you think you qualify for a warranty return, please open a warranty claim using our warranty claim form. For repairs to stitching or zippers we recommend visiting your local dry cleaner or tailor. We do, however, offer replacement parts on our website for those broken and missing reflectors, buckles, and straps.
If your product arrived defective please email Customer Service and we’ll move mountains to right your wrong.
